How are your products different from other brands?
Our goal is to create products that are sustainable, reusable, and help you feel your best. Our strict brand standards ensure all of our products are cruelty-free, vegan, and gluten-free. We create with only the highest quality ingredients and natural botanicals.
So, you’re cruelty-free! Does that mean you don’t test on animals AND your ingredients have not been tested on animals?
Correct! Not only do we not test on animals, none of our ingredients have been tested on animals or derived from animals.
Are your products suitable for those with sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are suitable for most skin types. If you have sensitive or reactive skin we do suggest you do a patch test on your inner elbow before using. Wait 24 hours and if no sensitivity or reaction occurs you are good to go!
I want my products to last as long as possible! How should I store them?
To make your Benjamin Roe products last as long as possible, we recommend storing your skincare products in cool, dry places and avoid prolonged sun exposure. In addition, we recommend using a soap dish with our artisan soap and loofah soap in between uses.
Is it safe to use your products while pregnant/nursing?
Our products are vegan, gluten-free and formulated with clean ingredients. We do recommend that you review our ingredient list with your doctor to determine if they work with your pregnancy plan.
When is your next product being released?

Can I recycle your products?
Absolutely! Our bottles and outer packaging are made from 100% recyclable materials or reusable materials. Check with your local recycle facility to determine the best way to recycle in your area. Find more information on how to reuse glass jars here.
How long do the products last?
Our skincare products are good for use up to 12 months after opening and soaps are good for up to two years.
SHIPPING & HANDLING

When will my order ship?
If you place your order Monday through Friday, we do our best to ship in 1-3 days of purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
How much is shipping?
We offer free 2-5 day USPS shipping within the US on all orders over $45 (not including taxes and promotions).
Do you charge domestic sales tax?
Domestic sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to Texas.
We currently do not ship outside of the US. We are working on opening shipping to Canada and UK as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we grow :)
Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Benjamin Roe assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email Greg@benjaminroeco.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I edit my shipping address after the order is placed?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email Greg@benjaminroeco.com as soon as possible.
Can I return my purchase?
We hope you love your Benjamin Roe purchase, but if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to Greg@benjaminroeco.com within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note, we do not accept refunds for products that have been used.
My order arrived with something incorrect, missing or damaged.
If your Benjamin Roe package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at Greg@benjaminroeco.com. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
